Safe for food and your espresso machine. Prevents gaskets from sticking to metal, plastic, resists weathering and water washout. Instruction: 1- Remove old shower holder, gasket. 2 - Clean group head with brush. 3. Lubricate sides of the gasket, just a small amount to give seals a "sheen". 3 - Install the gasket "Cafelat" sign placing up to the group head. Flat side down to portafilter.
