All our exotic animals are -range and grass-fed only; with no steroids or growth hormones ever added. You get a super healthy meat product with a total of 60 grams of lean protein in each summer sausage (6 grams of protein per serving). All our exotic meat products are low in fat, sodium, and cholesterol. All our products are shelf stable for 10 to 14 months and come with a sell-by date stamped on them.
